Haute Pink Boutique accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMX. 

Where do you ship?
Haute Pink Boutique ships to the United States and its territories, Canada, and some international countries. 

How will my order be shipped and what are the shipping fees?
Our preferred shipping provider is the United States Postal Service (USPS.) We ship all orders through USPS Priority Mail, unless requested otherwise. Standard delivery time should be no more than 3-5 business days in the U.S. (excluding holidays) from the time your order is confirmed and departs our store. Orders are not shipped until credit card authorization has been verified and cleared.

*Please note that delivery times do not include Sundays, or any major holidays.*

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We are not liable if you do not receive your package on the delivery date. USPS is responsible for all delivery dates (including Priority Mail Express.) 
  • International orders are subject to customs fees [we are not responsible for these fees]. Once international orders have left the U.S., Haute Pink nor USPS have control over how long it will take your package to get through customs [that is outside of our jurisdiction.] If you paid for express international shipping and your package gets held up in customs, delaying the arrival of your order -- You will need to reach out to your local post office &/or customs department in order to seek a refund for those shipping charges.

  • USPS Priority Mail (3-5 Business Days): $7.00 Flat Rate Shipping
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business Days): $29.00
  • Shoes and larger home goods will be charged $15.00
  • WE OFFER FREE U.S. SHIPPING ON ORDERS $100+, after discounts or promotions are applied and not including sales tax.

International - Canada:

  • USPS Priority Mail Express (3-5 Business Days): $35.95
  • USPS Priority Mail (6-10 Business Days): $29.95

International - Australia, China, France, UK, Ireland, Hong Kong, Japan, Republic of Korea, Singapore, Belgium Spain: 

  • USPS Priority Mail Express (3-5 Business Days): $46.50
  • USPS Priority Mail (6-10 Business Days): $29.95

How do I know the status of my order?

Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account at hautepinknwa.com.

  If you do not have an account setup with us, but have placed an order and would like to track your package -- You can also do so on: www.usps.com. 

UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT.

  • If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to Haute Pink Boutique. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
  • We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors to make sure they did not receive your package by mistake. Then please feel free to file a claim with USPS by clicking on this link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
  • Please allow 7-15 days from the 'delivered' date (provided by usps.com) before creating an insurance claim. Due to USPS policy, you must wait 7-15 days before you can file a claim for your lost/stolen package. Read below for time limits regarding filing insurance claims:
    • Insured Mail (includes Priority Mail): file from 15 to 60 days
    • Priority Mail Express: file from 7 to 60 days
    • Claims cannot be filed for first class packages. Insurance is unavailable for first class shipping.
    • If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you!

Return & Exchange Policy:
We hope you LOVE your new purchase; however we understand returns are sometimes necessary, & we're here to help!! Feel free to contact us with any questions at: returns@hautepinknwa.com or anytime Monday-Saturday between 10am-6pm CST at (479) 636-7930.

•  All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days from the date your order was shipped.

• Only online store credit will be issued for returned items.

•  All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, & smoke-free condition. Items returned with deodorant, makeup or any other product stains will not be accepted. 

•  All items must be returned with their original tags attached. Clothing returned without original tags or not in compliance with our return/exchange policy will be refused.

•  All swimwear must be returned unworn & with the protective liner and all tags still attached.

•  Sale items, jewelry & handbag sales are all final sales & cannot be returned or exchanged.

•  Damaged or defective items: If an item is received damaged or defective customer service needs to be notified within 3 days of delivery.  Damages must be reported prior to wearing the garment, and the original tags must still be attached. 

•  Original shipping fees are not-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

•  Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back at your own expense. You have the option to apply return shipping costs on your credit card or have the item(s) sent back with a future purchase. Returned items that do not meet our guidelines will only be held for 30 days. After 30 days, those items will be donated to charity. 

•  We are not responsible for return shipping or lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records.

 

Exchanges:

•  Due to limited inventory, we are unable to provide exchanges (holds.)

- If you would like a different size in an item that you've ordered, we suggest placing a new order for that item and returning the original item back to us. A refund for the original item will be issued once we receive your item back. Refunds are only available to customers who are placing a new order online for an item they needed to exchange.

- If you have already placed a new order for an item that you are exchanging -- Please make a note of this on your return policy form (including your new order #), and mail the item(s) you are exchanging back to us (with your return policy form & receipt) to:

1. Before making a return please read our return policy to ensure that your item(s) meet the guidelines; making sure to complete the return checklist on our

All returns will be issued online store credit for the amount of the returned item(s). We will email you an online gift card code upon processing your return. Your online gift card code will have no expiration date, & can be used towards any future purchase(s) you make with:  www.hautepinknwa.com until you have reached a zero dollar balance.  We are not responsible for keeping track of your online gift card code, so please write this information down and store it in a safe place.

• Please Note: You are welcome to use the return shipping service of your choice, however please be aware that if you are going to ship your items back using "First Class Mail" that you cannot ship your items back in a "Priority Mail Envelope" without incurring additional charges. By paying for "First Class Postage" & shipping your items back in a "Priority Mail Envelope" you will still be charged for the "Priority Mail" services; therefore the postage balance that the post-master requires us to pay upon delivery of your package will be deducted from your return balance. In order to ship your return back to us using "First Class Mail" without incurring any additional charges, you will need to use a envelope/box without "USPS Priority Mail/Express Mail" markings on it. Blank envelopes/boxes can be purchased at the front counter at your local post office, or at any local office supply store.
